Every item is inspected, however, human error occurs. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please email us within 5 days to request a refund or replacement.
For missing items: Full refund if return is filed within 5 days of receiving your order. If item is received damaged, please send photo of damaged item, and request your refund. No refunds will be issued after the 5 day grace period, store credit only. Customer service will determine if item needs to be returned to our store. Some items may not need to be returned.
