Our Return & Refund Policy
We try our best, but mistakes happen! If your order is damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please email mari@leftarrowjewels.com within 5 days of receiving it. Please include your name, order number, and a photo of any damage.
Within 5 days: Eligible for a full refund or replacement.
After 5 days: Eligible for store credit only.
Note: Do not ship items back until customer service confirms if a return is necessary.
